Erez Yosef is a partner in the Capital Markets Department. Erez is an expert in the fields of commercial law and securities.

Erez provides legal counsel and representation in commercial law, securities law, and corporate law. Additionally, he specializes in drafting diverse commercial agreements and providing ongoing legal services to both private and public companies, including transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and complex legal issues within these fields.

Furthermore, Erez has extensive experience in insolvency and debt restructuring, including related legal aspects. He also possesses expertise in officers’ liability and leading debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings (liquidation, receivership, and stay of proceedings).
